These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your access to and use of the treezion.com website (the “Website” or “Service”) and any related products and services provided by NeoBricks GmbH (doing business as “Treezion”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) (collectively, the “Services”). This Agreement is a legally binding contract between Treezion and each individual or entity that accesses or uses the Website or Services (“User”, “you”, or “your”). By accessing or using the Website or Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you must not access or use the Website or Services.

1. Accounts and membership

If you create an account on the Website, you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You shall promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. Treezion shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
We may, but are not obligated to, monitor and review new accounts before granting access to the Services. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account that we reasonably believe is in violation of this Agreement or that may harm our reputation, other users, or third parties.
Providing false, inaccurate, or incomplete contact or registration information may result in the suspension or termination of your account. If your account is deleted for cause, you may be prohibited from re-registering or using the Services under any name or account.
We reserve the right to block access to the Website and Services, including by blocking specific email addresses and IP addresses, in order to protect Treezion, our users, and third parties.

2. User content

We do not acquire ownership of any data, information, text, graphics, or other material (collectively, “Content”) that you submit, upload, post, or otherwise make available through the Website or Services in the course of using the Services.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy, quality, integrity, legality, reliability, and appropriateness of all Content that you submit, as well as for ensuring that you have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to use and share such Content.
We may, but are under no obligation to, monitor, review, or remove Content submitted or created by you using the Services. We reserve the right, in our reasonable discretion, to refuse, remove, or disable access to any Content that we believe violates this Agreement, applicable law, or our policies, or that we consider harmful, offensive, or otherwise objectionable.
By submitting Content through the Website or Services, you grant Treezion a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to access, use, copy, store, transmit, reformat, display, and perform such Content solely to the extent necessary to operate, maintain, and provide the Services to you and other users.
Except as expressly authorized by you, your use of the Website and Services does not grant Treezion any license to use your Content for independent commercial marketing or promotional purposes not directly related to the provision of the Services.

3. Billing and payments

You agree to pay all fees and charges incurred in connection with your account in accordance with the prices, billing terms, and payment conditions in effect at the time such fees or charges become due. You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for all such amounts.
Sensitive payment and personal data transmitted through the Website occur over an encrypted Secure Socket Layer (SSL) communication channel and are protected with appropriate encryption and digital signatures. The Website and Services are intended to comply with applicable PCI vulnerability standards to provide a secure environment for users. We conduct malware and security scans on a regular basis; however, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we do not warrant absolute security.
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to classify a transaction as “high-risk.” In such cases, we may require you to provide additional verification, including but not limited to a valid government-issued photo identification and/or a recent bank statement for the payment card used.
We reserve the right to change, suspend, or discontinue any product, service, or pricing at any time, with or without notice, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Treezion may refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to orders placed under the same customer account, using the same payment card, and/or sharing the same billing or IP address. In the event of any change to or cancellation of an order, we may attempt to notify you using the contact information provided at the time of purchase.
We process certain personal data as necessary to enter into and perform this Agreement, including when you register for partner, affiliate, or influencer programs associated with Treezion.

4. Accuracy of information

The Website and Services may contain information that is incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated, including but not limited to descriptions of promotions, offers, and pricing. We do not warrant that all information on the Website is accurate, complete, or current at all times.
We reserve the right, at any time and without prior notice, to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information on the Website or Services is inaccurate (including after you have submitted your order), except where prohibited by applicable law.
We assume no obligation to update or revise information on the Website, including pricing information, except as required by law. Any specified update or refresh date on the Website shall not be interpreted as indicating that all information has been modified or updated as of that date.

5. Third party services

The Website and Services may enable you to access or use products, services, websites, or applications provided by third parties (“Third-Party Services”). Your access to and use of any Third-Party Services are governed solely by the terms and conditions and privacy policies of such third parties.
Treezion does not endorse, control, or assume any responsibility for Third-Party Services, including but not limited to their content, data handling practices, security measures, or any interactions between you and the providers of such services.
You acknowledge and agree that Treezion shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your enablement, use, or reliance on any Third-Party Services. You irrevocably waive any claim against Treezion with respect to such Third-Party Services.
You may be required to register for or log in to Third-Party Services directly with the applicable providers. By enabling or connecting Third-Party Services through the Website or Services, you expressly authorize Treezion to share or disclose your data as necessary to facilitate such enablement, subject to applicable data protection laws.

6. Backups

We perform periodic backups of the Website and certain associated Content for our own administrative, business continuity, and security purposes. However, such backups are not guaranteed, and we make no representation that any specific data or Content will be recoverable.
You are solely responsible for maintaining independent backups and copies of any data or Content that you submit or store through the Services. We do not provide compensation or assume liability for any loss, corruption, or incomplete restoration of data resulting from failed backups or restoration processes.

7. Links to other resources

The Website and Services may contain links or references to external websites, applications, or other online resources (collectively, “Linked Resources”). Unless expressly stated otherwise, such links do not constitute an endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation by Treezion.
Some links on the Website may be affiliate links. This means that if you click on such a link and make a purchase, Treezion may receive a commission. This does not affect the price you pay.
We do not warrant or assume responsibility for the offerings, content, policies, or practices of any Linked Resources. Your use of Linked Resources is at your own risk, and you should carefully review the terms of use, privacy policies, and other legal notices applicable to those resources.
Treezion shall not be liable for any actions, products, services, or content of any third party, nor for any damage or loss alleged to have been caused by your use of or reliance on Linked Resources.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Treezion, its parent company, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages whatsoever, including, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, revenue, sales, goodwill, data, business interruption, loss of anticipated savings, or loss of business opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Website or Services, regardless of the theory of liability (contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty, or otherwise), even if Treezion has been advised of or could have foreseen the possibility of such damages.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the aggregate liability of Treezion and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services shall in no event exceed the greater of (a) one (1) U.S. dollar or (b) the total amount actually paid by you to Treezion for the Services in the one (1) month period immediately preceding the first event giving rise to such liability.
The foregoing limitations and exclusions of liability shall apply even if any limited remedy provided herein is found to have failed in its essential purpose.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Treezion and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your Content; (b) your use of the Website or Services; (c) your violation of this Agreement or any applicable law or regulation; or (d) your willful misconduct or negligence.
We reserve the right, at your expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you. You agree to cooperate with our defense of such claims and shall not settle any claim without our prior written consent, where such settlement would impose any obligation on Treezion or affect Treezion’s rights.

10. Refund Policy

10.1 Eligibility Period. A customer may request a refund within fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase (the “Refund Period”). Refund requests submitted after the Refund Period shall not be accepted or processed, except where required by applicable law.
10.2 Condition of Digital Product Keys. To qualify for a refund, the digital product key associated with the purchase — including, but not limited to, Steam keys and other platform-specific product keys — must not have been viewed, revealed, disclosed, redeemed, activated, or otherwise used. Any key that has been accessed or exposed in any manner shall be deemed used and is strictly ineligible for a refund.
10.3 Verification and Approval. Treezion reserves the right to verify the status, integrity, and usage of a digital product key prior to approving any refund request, including by relying on internal logs and technical systems. Approval of refund requests is subject to Treezion’s reasonable discretion, in compliance with applicable consumer protection laws.
10.4 Refund Request Procedure. To initiate a refund request, you must contact Treezion’s customer support team within the Refund Period and provide accurate and complete details of the relevant purchase. Failure to provide sufficient information may delay or prevent processing of your request.
10.5 Refund Exceptions. Refunds will not be granted, including but not limited to the following circumstances: (a) the digital product key has been viewed, revealed, disclosed, redeemed, activated, or otherwise used; (b) you are in breach of this Agreement or other applicable Treezion policies; or (c) we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, or misuse of the refund process.
10.6 Processing Time. Upon approval of a refund request, you shall allow up to fourteen (14) business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your original payment method. Actual posting times may vary depending on your financial institution.
10.7 Method of Refund. All refunds will be issued exclusively to the original payment method used for the transaction. Alternative refund methods, including cash or transfers to different accounts, will not be provided.
10.8 Acknowledgment of Digital Goods. By completing a purchase on Treezion, you acknowledge and agree that digital product keys are non-returnable goods once they have been accessed or used, and that Treezion may rely on technical logs and internal verification tools to determine whether a key has been viewed or activated.

11. Changes and amendments

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and at any time, to modify, amend, or update this Agreement or any part thereof, including any terms relating to the Website and Services, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
When we make material changes to this Agreement, we will revise the “Effective date” at the top of this page and, where required by law, provide you with additional notice (for example, by email or through the Services).
Unless otherwise stated, any updated version of this Agreement will take effect immediately upon being posted on the Website. Your continued access to or use of the Website or Services after the effective date of the revised Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Acceptance of these terms

You acknowledge that you have read this Agreement and understand its content, and you agree to be bound by all of its terms and conditions. By accessing or using the Website or Services, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into this Agreement and that you accept and agree to comply with it.
If you do not agree with all of the provisions of this Agreement, you are not authorized to access or use the Website or Services and must immediately discontinue any such use.
